Prices in US dollars. Paddle, our reseller, adds VAT or sales tax where it applies and shows the total before you pay.
Free
- Your company register: business details, people, certificates, tools and equipment, company documents.
- Clients, safety files and their headings, the organogram, and warnings before certificates and tests run out, with reminder emails 30 days and 7 days before, and on the day.
- Appointment letters, personnel, equipment and attendance registers made from your own information, and your client's fillable PDF forms filled in.
- Signing PDFs and letters on the site, reading scanned documents in your browser, and QR labels for your tools and equipment.
- Filling your client's Word and Excel templates from your own information.
- Downloading the finished safety file in your client's order: one PDF with an index, or a ZIP of the original files.
- 1 GB of storage per company. Each file counts once, however many safety files use it, and photos and scans are made smaller when they are uploaded.
AI credits
You pay only for work the AI does for you. 1 credit = 1 US cent. Credits do not expire, and an account can hold at most US$100 of unused credits.
What things usually cost
Before each AI job, the site shows its cost and holds back the most it can cost. When the job is done, you are charged only for what was really used, and the rest is released.

Most of the cost is the AI reading documents, so long PDFs and spreadsheets cost more than short ones. The exact cost is always shown before you start.
More storage
A storage plan adds space to your company for one year, paid once. Everyone in the company shares it.
Plans add up, and buying the same plan again continues it after the current year. We email the company's owners 30 days and 7 days before a plan ends. If the company then uses more than it has, it becomes read-only for 90 days (you can still view and download everything) before files are deleted. See the Terms of Use, section 8.
Refunds
Unused credit packs, and storage plans, can be refunded within 14 days. See the Refund Policy.
